Refund policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
If you change your mind about your order please contact me ASAP ( within 12 hours of ordering) as we aim to post out all orders the next working day where possible.
We cannot accept returns or exchange for digital or customised products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return and it must arrive in its original conditon. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage or use.
Any orders refused due to customs charges will only be refunded the price of the items, not the shipping fee.
