SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much is shipping?

We offer free UK shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on orders over £15. An upgrade to 1st Class or Tracked 24 is available at checkout.

International Shipping Prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.

When will my order arrive?

We send all UK orders 2nd Class Royal Mail, an upgrade to 1st or Tracked 24 is available at checkout.

All international orders are sent with the Royal Mail International Standard service.

We can't guarantee delivery for a certain date, these estimations are just a guideline:

UK: 2-3 business days

US: 10-20 business days

Europe: 7-14 business days

Asia Pacific: 21-28 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 21-28 business days

North Africa and the Middle East: 21-28 business days

Please note that an International parcel is not classified as lost until 25 working days after the shipping date.

Who is responsible for import duties on International orders?

All import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customers responsibility and may lead to extended shipping times. These charges vary depending on the cost of the order and the customer's location. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Any orders refused due to customs charges will only be refunded the price of the items, not the shipping fee.

Can I return an item?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

If you change your mind about your order please contact us ASAP (within 12 hours of ordering) as we aim to post out all orders the next working day where possible.

We cannot accept returns or exchange digital or customised products.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return, and the item must arrive in it's original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage or use.

Can I come and buy kits in person?

Unfortunately our premises are not open to the public and we are not insured for customer visits, all our sales are online only.

What is your Privacy policy?

We will only use the information you provide to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order, and for legal reasons such as taxes etc.

Safety Warning

Please be aware that each Oh Sew Bootiful kit contains needles and must be kept out of the reach of children.
