☆ My order hasn't arrived yet, can you track it?
Please refer to the dispatch email you received, if you selected tracking at checkout then your tracking number with be on there.
UK> All UK orders are sent with the Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 working days of posting. However The Royal Mail are under additional pressure at this time of year so it may take a bit longer to arrive.
The Royal Mail don't seem a parcel missing until *10 working days after it was due to arrive*. To work it out if it has passed this point, check your dispatch day and add 13 working days (not including weekends) if it is past this point then please email me at hello@ohsewbootiful.com
