We are a UK based company post all standard parcels with the Royal Mail.
Be aware that it can take up to 4 weeks for an international parcel to
arrive and that a parcel isn't classified as lost until 25 working days after the shipping date.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
If you change your mind about your order please contact me ASAP ( within 24 hours of ordering) as we aim to post out all orders the next working day where possible.
We cannot accept returns or exchange for digital or customised products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return and it must arrive in its original conditon. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage or use.
Each embroidery kit contains a piece of fabric with the pattern pre printed on to it. You may wish to give this a quick iron once it arrives as it is folded for packing.
